Video Instruction for All Restyle Models
There are three ways to connect the MagicBox for all newer models, also known as "Restyle" — including all new cars from L6 to L9 and Mega. Below you’ll find the three connection options. The choice is yours. All details are described below
Why Does This Happen with Restyle Models?
On all restyled models, developers included a feature that cuts power to the ports after every telematics reboot. To restore power, you need to put the car to "sleep" , as described in the instructions above. This can happen frequently — for example, after a system update or a reboot initiated from the steering wheel.
If "Cabin Sleep Mode" is disabled, the car may automatically enter sleep mode at night and restore power upon waking up. However, if you don’t want to deal with performing these steps manually, we recommend using Option 2 and enjoying uninterrupted use of the device.
Please note that power must be drawn from the cigarette lighter port , not from the USB ports in the rear or in the center console, as those often provide unstable or incorrect power.

How It Works?
Connect the MagicBox
After connecting the device, both the blue and green LEDs on the box should light up. After a short while, one of them may turn off. Make sure to follow the video instruction provided above for correct connection
What if the LEDs don’t light up?
Ensure that Sentry Mode is disabled (the red eye icon in the top status bar). Lock the car and leave it undisturbed with the MagicBox connected for 15 minutes . After that, unlock the vehicle — the LEDs should now be lit
Great! Everything is ready
Now, just wait for your car’s screen to display the connection authorization prompt. After some time, our CarModApps store will appear on all screens.
We recommend waiting 15−20 minutes after the store appears to allow the new firmware to fully download and install onto the MagicBox. You can monitor the progress via the star icon in the top-right corner of the store
